Project Request

If you know of a small coastal community that would be a good candidate for hosting a SeaAid project, we'd like to hear from you!

Most SeaAid projects take from 2 to 4 weeks to complete and require very little maintenance or repair. We fund our projects entirely through the generosity of our donors, therefore we do not require any financial contribution from the host community.

SeaAid utilizes proven technologies that have been successfully implemented and maintained in other villages around the world. An example of the types of projects that SeaAid conducts include:

  • Distribution and training with solar ovens.
  • Installation and training with composting toilets.
  • Installation and training with solar-powered water distillation systems.
  • Installation and training with solar food dehydrators.
  • Construction of ferrocement drinking water and sanitation tanks.
  • Installation and training in the use of thermoelectric generators.
  • Installation and training with hydraulic ram pumps for irrigation.
