Yacht owners who are willing to allow SeaAid to use their vessel for a few weeks as an operations platform from which to conduct a SeaAid project, can have their vessel delivered to the port of their choice with no charge for crew's wages. SeaAid will plan and oversee the delivery of your yacht utilizing experienced volunteer captains and crew. SeaAid will choose a project location along the intended delivery route, and will stop to complete the project while enroute to your yachts final destination.
Ship's expenses such as fuel, customs and immigration fees, crew meals, etc. will be paid for by the yacht owner - just as in a normal paid delivery. Considering that crew's wages often constitute between 50-70% of yacht delivery fees, vessel owners stand to save a considerable amount of money by using SeaAid to deliver their yacht. In addition to saving money on delivery fees, yacht owners can take satisfaction in knowing that their yacht was utilized to help people in need.
